No Returns or Refunds
All sales made on Kalam Kitaab are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Once the order is delivered and received by the customer, no return or refund will be accepted under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of our products (books), we request customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
Cancellation or Delay Requests
We generally do not allow order cancellations after confirmation.
Any request for order cancellation must be made on the same day the order is placed.
In rare and unforeseen circumstances, customers may request a delay or cancellation only on the same day of placing the order by contacting us as soon as possible.

Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that a product ordered from Kalam Kitaab is out of stock, and the order was prepaid, the customer will receive a full refund within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
